FA502系列细纱机适合于纺纯棉、涤棉混纺、51毫米以下的化纤纯纺或混纺。本机全部实现了滚珠轴承化、牵伸传动采用钢质斜齿轮结构，从而大大减少了维护保养工作量且运行可靠、纺纱性能好。 主要特点：
1.因车头内的牵伸、捻度、卷绕变换齿轮采用了统一的标准齿轮，相互间可以通用，仅调换一对牵伸齿轮则可改变机台两侧的总牵伸倍数。成型凸轮采用蜗轮付减速箱传动，油浴润滑，保证了升降平稳。
2.锭子传动采用滚动轴承张力轮，适应高速运转，单双锭带张力盘有用户选用。
3.为了适应高速运转，采用多层油膜阻尼吸震高速锭子，抗楔高速钢领板采用牵吊式升降，运动平稳，纱管成形适应高速络筒
FA502 ring spinning frame
Fa502 series ring frame is mainly used for
spinning pure cotton , polyester-cotton
blends, pure chemical fibre yarns bellow
size of 51mm or their blends . at is equip-ped
with rolling bearings and its drafting system
adopts steelspiral gear structure, so that
it will need less maintenance and be reliable
in running and good in spinning performance
. Main Features
Unifom standard gears are selected as the
change dears for drafting, twisting and
winding in the headstock, so the can beexchange
winh each other and only replacing a pair
of drafing gear can change total drafting
ratio at both sides of the machine table
the buildes cam is driven by a worm reducer
and lubricated dy oil both ensuring its
up-and-down moving smoothly, the spindle
is driven by a tension pulley equipped with
rolling bearings, which is fitted to run
at high speed. Tension pulley for single
or double spindle tape is optional. In order
to meet requirement of running at high speed
, high speed spindles with multiple oil
film damping structure ang high-speed ring
with anti-jumping are used, lifting system
for ring rail and lappet adopts pulling-hanging
type structure to keep smoothly run and
the builder cam applies to well-forming
of bobbin at high speed.
