通过加大卷装以及锭距，实现省工、省时，从而提高了经济效益。卷装由Ф230 x 90重1.5公斤加大到了Ф300 x 150重约4公斤；更好的成形，延长了纺纱时间；棉条筒从Ф230毫米增加到Ф400毫米，减少了换筒次数；认同单件落筒操作改进为输送传递落桶，在增加产量的同时，减轻了员工的劳动强度。

　　为了提高产量，增加效益，我公司一直在提高转杯纺的速度上下功夫，现转杯最高转速已从4万转/分（66纺杯）和6万转/分（54纺杯）提高到了7.5万转/分（43纺杯）和9.5万转/分（33纺杯），从而在低支纱、短绒纺时，转杯纺产量达到了环锭纺产量的3倍以上。

In order to increase output and benefit, our company has been focusing to increase the rotor speed for many years, the highesd rotor speed has reached from 40000rpm(forΦ43 rotor)and 95000rpm(forΦ33 rotor), the rotor spinning machine output has reached to more than three times of that of the ring spinning machine in the state of lowyarn count and staple.
